I traveled with my family and really loved the hotel's location-it made it easy for us to explore different parts of Tenjin and Hakata by walking. The room was spacious, and my baby particularly enjoyed the bathtub. However, I did have some trouble communicating with a few staff members who struggled with English. Overall, it was a convenient stay but the language barrier was a slight drawback.
